Live Axolotl Shipping Policy

All axolotls are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight only to ensure the health and safety of the animal. No other shipping methods are offered.

We offer local delivery within certain zip codes for a flat $25 fee.

Porch pick up by appointment is available in Jensen Beach, FL at no additional charge.

Shipping Costs:

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Legal Compliance:

We ship only to U.S. states where axolotl ownership is legal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that axolotls are legal to own in their state and local jurisdiction prior to purchase. Orders placed for restricted states will be canceled.

Delivery and Receiving:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy):

In the rare event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA), the buyer must contact us within one hour of delivery. Clear photos must be submitted showing:

• The axolotl

• The unopened bag/original packaging

• The shipping label

  Claims submitted after one hour or without the required documentation will not be honored. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to all shipping and live arrival terms outlined above.
